Today is the last day of the Pimp My Header and Win Money Contest at RyanShamus.com. Ryan was first offering $40 to the winner of the Pimp My Header and Win Money Contest but later changed it to a $50 prize to encourage more to enter.

RyanShamus.com is a great blog with tons of great tips I about the Blogoshpere and making money. There is much more to his blog though than the “do this, do that, use AdSense” “money making” blog, I suggest checking it out and having a look around, you’ll love the information available.

So, onto my entry! I had started working on the header awhile ago, but became busy and hadn’t had much time to work on it. Of course I come to find that today is the last day! I’m getting bad for this lol, but I think I’m still eligible.

Ryan wanted lots of orange in the header since that’s the colour of his background, links, and that good stuff. So of course I was sure to put LOTS of orange in this header. Another thing he mentioned was he liked Hummers, so I have inserted a traced Hummer into the banner and repeated it/faded out to give a little fun look to it. I didn’t want to use an actual picture since, well, no one really likes copywrite infringement. The preview thumbnail can be seen above (full size not available) but, you can still get a good look at it with the tiny preview ;).
