The best way to use PhotoMerge is to make sure all your pictures line up both horizontally and vertically the same as well as overlap each other. The best way to do this is by using a camera tripod that can turn and pivot. Sadly I don't have one so I have to turn my whole body slowly lol. Yes, this is where I live.
