		<description>It all depends on where you go and who the professor is I guess. That one prof. gives the most detailed briefs because he wants us to learn and get used to what our employers will expect of us all ready.

Of course some other teachers give us briefs that makes us say,  "Huh? What are we supposed to do?"...not ALL are like the one I provided ;).</description>

		<description>Hm. I haven't encountered this at all. In fact, I feel the briefs from school is way too vague. They usually mention format and a few requirements (e.g should include at least a photo, or two colours only), but there are not many specifications.

I'm an undergraduate, so maybe they assume I wouldn't know what they're talking about anyway, or it could be a way to encourage creativity with as few limits as possible. I'm studying at the University of Newcastle, NSW, Australia, by the way.

I still understand the point, though. It's gonna be quite a change going from school to a real life work environment.

Great post, and an interesting blog overall. I should probably read your screenshot tutorial. I've got some one-minute crappy ones (filed under Work) based on the same idea.
