Technorati Number One is a new blog I’ve discovered where the author’s goal is to, “…surpass the heavily funded, sudo corporate sites and become the #1 ranked blog on Technorati’s Top 100 List…” He plans on doing this on the basis of “you link me, I link you.” Many sites use this “scheme” to boost their rankings and increase viewers. His goal is to beat the “big guys” of blogging by linking. Linking schemes like these I know exist, but I have not seen someone basing their entire blog on this concept until Technorati Number One. I am new to blogging, as you probably know, and you may have already seen other’s do this but this is a first for me and that’s why I’m writing this.

If you haven’t already noticed Technorati Number One has been added to my blogroll. As soon as I found out about his idea I added him, I’ll take any link I can get. This isn’t just about links though, it’s about another person with a great idea and sticking to it. I suggest checking out Technorati Number One, it’s a fun idea and I hope it works out.

Why am I writing this? I like the idea of helping others out and hopefully in return, from whoever it may be, will be able to help me in such a way that’s beneficial to my blogging :).
